Yay for Friday!

Breakfast was oatmeal with vanilla, cinnamon, 1 banana, soy milk, and ground flax.  It was topped with a couple semi-sweet chocolate chips and walnuts, PB, and a cup of coffee with soy milk and agave.

For lunch I had leftover couscous topped with black beans, diced tomato, avocado and salsa, with an apple.

After work I had a banana with some natural PB for dipping and an apple Larabar.  That woman is a genius, haha.  For dinner I had some organic mac n cheese with Earth Balance and rice milk, and a HUGE salad with Annie’s Goddess dressing

We were going to go to an outdoors Mardi-Gras themed party tonight, but it started raining.  So I think we’re going to a bar to play pool or see a band.  Night πŸ™‚

  1. i had the same bowl of oatmeal for breakfast today, too (minus the walnuts and flax, and i added maple syrup) but i loved the combination!

    how was the apple pie larabar? i have never tried that flavor before, but they are on sale at my co-op this week so i think i’ll have to try it.

  2. Definitely give the apple a try! They’re on sale here too πŸ™‚ Stocked up.
