Breakfast was oatmeal with vanilla, cinnamon, 1 banana, soy milk, and ground flax. It was topped with a couple semi-sweet chocolate chips and walnuts, PB, and a cup of coffee with soy milk and agave.
For lunch I had leftover couscous topped with black beans, diced tomato, avocado and salsa, with an apple.
After work I had a banana with some natural PB for dipping and an apple Larabar. That woman is a genius, haha. For dinner I had some organic mac n cheese with Earth Balance and rice milk, and a HUGE salad with Annie’s Goddess dressing.
We were going to go to an outdoors Mardi-Gras themed party tonight, but it started raining. So I think we’re going to a bar to play pool or see a band. Night 🙂
