I decided I’d jump on the food blog bandwagon, since I really love reading everyone else’s.  I decided a couple weeks ago that I wasn’t going to eat meat anymore, so this is a perfect time to have a blog about trying out new meat-free recipes.  For lunch I made an open-faced sandwich with home-made carrot/chickpea/basil spread, tomato and avacado slices, and an orange.  Yum.  And for supper I’m going to be making the Tomato Basil Cream pasta from VeganYumYum’s website.  I’ll take a pic later on tonight.  I’m off to enjoy the rest of Sunday before work tomorrow.
